We worked with Xavier on the sales process. He was very transparent on details and always followed up timely. If he did not have an answer right away he would get back to us with one. Even after closing he has followed up for any concerns questions we may have. Highly recommend Xavier and Sergio for any concerns or warranty items. They have gone above and beyond to remedy any small issues we have had in the 6 months have had.
Brought clients to my favorite go to DR Horton Rep, Kelly Williamson again this weekend , after Kelly sent me information on their crazy low interest rates ! My clients are always impressed with her patience kindness and knowledge. She explains the entire process with confidence and ease. I am sure she will be selling them a home very soon.
