Ive been here for 4 years and i will not be renewing. Nosy, trashy, toothless tweakers and crackheads. Slow or no repairs, the apartment manager has been reported to Better business and section 8 housing for unlawful charging of late fees. there a nutcase with a houseful of illegals that snitches on people , she calls the police on people that do not even live in her unit. A lot of people fresh out of the mental hospital. lots of druggies. You can hear every move all your neighbors make. I can hear mine vacuming as Im typing... read more
I have now lived here over 2 years. I have never seen an exterminator yet! Slow repairs. But as a positive usually a quiet neighborhood.
