Great property and great management.
DONTAVOID THIS PLACE! It's infested with roaches. The neighbors are noisy, and the laundry room is poorly maintained. Don’t count on getting your deposit back. I moved out leaving everything spotless, yet they still withheld my deposit and charged me extra.
Was looking for some apartments near Odessa. Spoke to Amanda and she gave me a quote that was very understanding. She was very sweet. Kept it professional. Explained how everything works.
Sad to be leaving Odessa but the brookview team has been wonderful. From seeing the apartment to moving in and out everything has been seamless.
