I have been living at Brookview Apartments for the past one and a half years, and my overall experience has been very positive. Update**This is the worst place to live they own most of the apartment buildings in Odessa and let me tell you they are the worst you are better off living at your moms place or living assisted living reason being they are very dirty so much so is that when we moved in there was nothing that was cleaned the walls were painted over and over no New carpet. My unit has so much dog hair it is umbilevible I use a dyson vacuum and it over heated I’ve vacuumed around 5 times in each room. I found drill bits in my rooms, also sowing... read more
My significant other and I have had great experiences living here. Our sweet land lady is amazing, she does all she can to make us comfortable. You won’t find another like her! Apartments are cozy and affordable. Perfect for college students since it’s near 42nd. We have a grocery store (HEB) and a for funsies store (Target) so that makes it even better. Especially since both are walking distance and so is Texas Roadhouse and Buffalo Wild Wings!
