Brookstone are scammers. I had a fire and had a garage to burn down and vinyl siding was damaged on one side of my house. Brookstone wrote up a contract that was completely fraudulent. They were trying to charge me for things I didn't request them to do. They also charge for materials I didn't even need. They lied and tried to get over on me and the insurance company. Please. Be aware of this business
Due to a storm that caused leakage and damage to the interior of our home, I called Brookstone Restoration. Cody. the project manager, came out immediately. He did an assessment of the damages. He quickly reported back the estimate cost of repairs. Brookstone office staff, the workers, who did the repairs and the project manager Cody were very professional.
