RecommendedIt is a beautiful place to call home! The grounds are always very well kept and the options for families to enjoy the clubhouse area is wonderful!
Recommended3.9 out of 5 stars. I would give higher bc I agree with the other reviews on amenities, etc. The problem is that the utilities are VERY high! We got charged ~$60 a MONTH for water/sewage/trash. Also watch when you move out they have this “concierge” service where they go ahead and cancel your gas and electric for you BUT they did it for a week AFTER my lease expired! I had to call the electric and gas companies directly to get the shut off dates changed. Beware if you’re not paying attention.
RecommendedI moved in at the end of June 2019 and overall am happy. The pool area is well maintained and very clean. I used the club room to host a family event and had great experience.
RecommendedI have lived in many apartment complexes, and this one is the absolute best. I am not saying it is flawless, but they make extreme effort to make sure they are continuously improving. I receive quick responses to each of my requests and they have a great sense of community in this complex. We were welcomed upon move in, and find that the staff really makes an effort to connect with their tenants rather than the hospitality ending when the lease is signed. RecommendedWe have been at Stonegate for 3 years and like it very much. Maintenance is fast and the office staff is wonderful!
RecommendedVery beautiful and well taken care of. Perfect for kids too, as they have a pool and a mini play area(mainly for little kids)....but it is a very nice place to live.
