RecommendedWe love Knapp’s Corner Flats! We have been here a year in December. Love the apartments, the pool (which is right outside our door) and the location is great! But most of all we love the people that work here. Renee, Jeff, John, Caleb . They have all gone out of there way to make our Knapp’s Corner Flats experience Wonderful!!❤️

RecommendedThe staff are great!! It's a very nice place to live. The maintenance staff are prompt, kind and courteous. We have lived here 4 months and are still amazed that we are actually here and are thankful and blessed to be here!!! And I give this place, the office staff, sales staff and maintenance 5 stars.
I recommend The Haven because of the tranquility and cleanliness of the community. I also really appreciate how efficient maintenance is on the VERY RARE occasions that I have to contact them for something. They’re so speedy (like freaky fast) and always leave the area they worked in nice and clean. You couldn’t ever tell they were in there to begin with. I also really love that the carpet in the hallways are deep cleaned because it keeps everything looking and smelling nice and fresh.
RecommendedThe Haven apartments are very nice with many accommodations. Their staff are also super helpful and are always available when needed.

When I request help regarding maintenance requests the Mill Creek Team responds quickly and my needs are met. This summer during hot days the Mill Creek Team brought water and popsicles to the pool. Great community and great staff. I highly recommend making Mill Creek your new home.

RecommendedI love the cathedral ceilings, beautiful kitchen, and two-car garage. Lawn maintenance is good. Marcus is great but has been given other assignments that make him less available. I'm happy they are planning more community events again.
