By far the worst apartment experience ever. $4500 for a move out and on top of that for an income based housing they upped rent to up to $1400. They will do anything to try and get your money and the community is full of druggies. You have to pay for laundry and on top of that, don’t let the cheap blinds break because they will charge you $50 per blind. Not going to bash the place too much, even though i definitely could. Don’t move here unless you literally have no other option. outrageously priced for what it is, rude management (besides Brianna, she was always helpful.), an environment where nobody should be living, disgusting neighbors, no rules, no respect. i could go on and on reasons why i gave it a one star, but ill leave it at that. the only good thing about this place is the maintenance guy.
