Amazing
The unit looks nice, and it's convenient being directly behind Walmart, but that's the only good thing about this place. I have absolutely no privacy since my balcony and windows overlook the parking lot by the main entrance. The screen door on my balcony doesn't shut right, so bugs are constantly getting in during the summer. None of my windows are sealed properly, so wind comes through all the time and is so loud sometimes it keeps me up at night. By far the worst apartment experience ever. $4500 for a move out and on top of that for an income based housing they upped rent to up to $1400. They will do anything to try and get your money and the community is full of druggies. You have to pay for laundry and on top of that, don’t let the cheap blinds break because they will charge you $50 per blind.
