I don't recommend this store, I just bought a charger for my phone and I show the lady I want a android charger, she gave me a wrong charger and paid $23.00 just for the wire. She said NO REFUNDS. I told her you did the mistake she said there a sign here NO REFUNDS. I don't recommend this store to nobody
I went into Brookstone for a wall outlet to charge my phone. I asked for help and bought what the clerk gave me. I then walked to my gate where I opened the box and discovered it wasn't what I needed. I immediately walked back to the store and was told I couldn't return it because it was open. I won't ever spend money in Brookstone àgain.
Sign says open at 6. It’s not and the very rude lady behind the counter standing there was no help.
