Super nice and friendly when you move in! I rented this apartment for my daughter (and myself when I visited her) to attend college in Fresno. She lived here for 4 1/2 years, we always paid the rent on time, never had any complaints and were MODEL renters. Decent place for the price. Decided not to go with this complex because there is no additional parking except for the garage that it comes with unless you have a 2 bedroom layout. Meaning if you have guests or if you are living with a significant other and you both have a car, you’re out of luck and would have to park outside the property.
