I will never ever will because I thought they would care about my little man. I lost him on wednesday the 21st because of a mass in his stomache. that was never followed up thank you . and was told that his blood work and everything was good it's all about the money to me that not caring about your baby who is part of the family. I should just took back to amboy Illinois where his doctor cared alot for him. big mistake going to brookside

I will never take another animal here ever again. I have brought up concerns at every vet appointment about my puppy, and they have always said nothing is wrong, and she is healthy. She was taken to Bellwood animal hospital today and we were told she has a neurological problem and she needs to be taken to Madison for further testing. I am so disappointed and upset that this was never founded before this. She is very very sick & my 6 month old puppy may have to be put down.. We had to put down our Dixie after having her 14 years. They gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. WE told them when it was time. The vet was amazing. I know she went in peace. I can't thank them enough for all they did that day.
This clinic is the BEST!! Dr. D and Dr. P are so loving and care for my babies as if they were their own! ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS work me in for emergency and do w wonderful job!!!

We have trusted the doctors and staff at Brookside for 20 years. All the doctors are amazingly sincere regarding the care for your animals. All our dogs have been rescued, therefore coming to us with past issues that this incredible staff has helped us work through. The doctors have given us all the time we need when I have been emotional about their lives. They are truly incredible.
Love the Dr’s and the assistants. They really take the time with our pup Lylah. They have one of the assistants who just comes in to love on our girl ❤️ They are always able to get us in right away if our pup doesn’t feel good. Super friendly staff all around. The girls in the front are great too! So glad Hillcrest screwed up so we could find this place.
very good about getting you in when there is an emergency.
