Patty at Brookside Travel was absolutely fantastic. Not only did she provide detailed information about our Spring Break trip to keep all family members informed, but she supported us during the trip as well. When I had a flight challenge during the trip, Patty responded immediately and resolved the issue with the airline. This type of care and service is why I recommend Brookside Travel.
My wife and I used Brookside Travel to plan our honeymoon. We ended up deciding to go to Hawaii and Jim was an expert on all of the islands, helped us plan the whole trip from the travel to the resort, to car rental and restaurant recommendations. He knew seemingly everything about the trip and was unbelievably helpful especially when it came to working with the other businesses to schedule the appointments. 8/19/21 New revised review (I am changing the original review for this company. I recently contacted the company and spoke with patty in regards to my dissatisfaction with my travel pans for my anniversary . I will say she did reach out to me and assisted with a refund . I highly, HIGHLY recommend Brookside Travel for all of your travel needs, especially when it comes to booking a Honeymoon! Jim and the team throughly worked effortlessly helping us narrow down our options that fit us best in a timely manner.
