2025 Update: Horrible HOA increased the fees to $150/month as they can't control who is accessing the pool area or cameras to address propertyowners breaking the rules!!! Never buy a home here!!! 2023: I sold my sister a home in this community, and she is ready to put it back on the market and get out of this community! Lack of parking, HOA sucks, $600 yearly for HOA before the monthly $140 HOA fees!!!!! 0/10- I do not recommend!!
HOA is a rip off. First time homeowner. My HOA fees are so much higher than anyone I know. $150 a month and $600 every January (still pay the $150 in Jan!) I’m in a townhouse. Within a year of moving in, issue with dishwasher, issue with busted pipe under the house- they had to come and bust up my flooring to fix it. Thankfully under warranty. Never got a follow up for one year walk-through. Dish spray nozzle cheap, button stuck (neighbor and I both dealt with this), issues with front door latching! This was a huge problem! ... read more
After a year and a half, I am selling and moving on. The HOA fees are ridiculous and the taxes doubled and only going up. Extremely disappointed in this experience.
Terrible organization. Unprofessional, incompetent, and rude warranty department that doesn't actually help you with your claims. Poor building quality with issues that shouldnt be happening on a brand new house (mold, circuits breaking, crooked archway and foundation, mudslides in the backyard when it rains, etc.) The HOA already increased from $140 to $150/month and our community is barely finished.
