This complex is horrible when it comes to thermostats and maintenance. My light bill has seen a spike tremendously due to faulty wiring of the apartments!
It was a great environment and it is a quiet neighborhood and Synayan is was very professional and nice and a friendly person and very nice apartment in and out I may be moving here one day soon
I've been here since September of last year. When I first visited, it was cool, although I didn't realize at the time there was no microwave or a pantry. I was able to let that go. The original property manager Sherelle and leasing agent Jamece were super cool, helped me with all of my issues in the beginning, etc. Unfortunately, neither of them are here anymore that I'm aware of. *UPDATE 2025 NEW MANAGEMENT Ace is not property management material AT ALL ! His professionalism is giving bare minimum. Just enough but not too much. The property has gone from a Gem in the hood to BOYS IN THE HOOD. Someone got MURDERED at the playground 2 weeks ago . I've never seen so many U-Haul trucks of people moving out in one week. THE GATE WAS BROKEN WHEN IT HAPPENED ! And with the old property manager , the gate was rarely broken a few days . We live on the west side . I am grateful to Shaft Johnson and his colleagues for expeditiously correcting the problem regarding my plumbing. To the young lady working in the office adjacent to Mr.Johnson's office I applauded her, for ascertaining the works completion. A person of her word. That can be taken to the bank.
