I have visited this nail salon three times, and unfortunately, every visit has left me feeling unwelcome and judged. As a 20-year-old Black woman living in the area, I have consistently experienced dismissive attitudes and an unspoken sense of exclusion here. Had a fantastic experience at brookside nails & spa. The staff was friendly, and the salon was clean and relaxing. My technician was super attentive and made sure my nails looked perfect. Loved the attention to detail and their hygiene practices. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
