Great place to live! We've been here a year and really enjoy it. Our modular was brand new when we moved in and park is quiet. The only downside is the rent is high and goes up after the first year. Maintenance is usually pretty good about coming out, but you have to sometimes remind them that you're waiting, unless it's an emergency. Our furnace quit working the first winter and they came out to loan us a couple big heaters in the middle of the night, until it could be fixed. I definitely have no regrets about moving here.
Expensive. My water bill went up every month it made no sense. I put in notices for things to be fixed several times. Did not get done. Trimmed and mowed my grass without it being needed and charged me. And of course if you move out before the lease is up you get sued.
WE CALLED TO HAVE OUR HEAT TURNED ON 5 DAYS AGO AND THEY ARE JUST NOW COMING TO TURN IT ON AND IT HAS BEEN BELOW FREEZING THE ENTIRE TIME. I HAVE PET GECKOS THAT ALMOST DIED BECAUSE OF THIS EXTREME CHANGE AND A CHILD FREEZING BECAUSE WE DIDN'T EXPECT TO HAVE TO HAVE HEATERS WHEN WE PAY THE HEAT. I PLAN TO LEAVE VERY VERY SOON
2years in and Very poor customer service. Constantly raising rent. A whole set of kitchen wall cabinets fell onto my son and i while cooking, and they said it's no big deal because it happens all the time. The guy across the street from me sat on sat on a lawn chair selling drugs in the open and nobody else seemed to mind. Just a shitty place to live. For the price of rent you could rent a house.
