this is 455 and when the plowed the plowed the middle of the street we have the shovel the street just to get out....I have pictures and I will post them...

Bought a home . Lied to constantly. Lied about helping us sell it! Was hit in gas main. No protection or car! Stay away!!!
Please stay away from this place of swindlers!!! Cindy is the spawn of satan!! Our place got hit in the gas main at 3am while we were sleeping less than 20 feet away. We could’ve died...these heartless folks never once stepped in to help us nor did they sell it for us. In fact we sent someone over to look at the trailer and Cindy showed them an entirely different property!!! So do yourself a favor and find a different company to deal with!!! This place and that manager are the worst!!!!!

I find it a wonderful place to live.
Management, especially Wanda, are incompetent. I get a notice if my lawn is slightly overgrown but Wanda thinks she can drive through my yard on a golf cart. Counting down the days until my lease is up.
staff running office in this park are extremely incompetent. worst experience I've ever had. wouldn't recommend unless you have time to keep running back to complete paperwork they forget to give you. while I was there the office was in utter disorganization. people talking over one another, maintenance guys interrupting customers and basically a production line type of feel to the whole process. Management sucks! Then out of nowhere you get a letter in the mail one day saying that you can no longer rent. You try to buy and they will say oh you should have no problem getting approved then before you get everything turned in you get a denial letter. Also they don't like fixing things. Office people treat you like you are retarded or something. They also don't tell you when you sign the lease that anywhere between one and four years of rent they can sell your home and get you like 3 months or less to find something els... read more
