Bad, bad recent experience where they refused to stand by repair work that we now know was 1.5 times the going rate. Rude, accusatory and defensive. Makes me wonder if the work actually was done?
Business response:
This review is not true and misleading. Ms. Furla brought her watch in to have repaired over a year ago. She was given a free estimate for her watch repair, and OK’d the work for the repair. Our watchmaker stands by his work up to a year. We offered to help, but Ms. Furla took her watch to a different jewelry store, completely voiding any responsibility or warranty.
