Nicole is very rude on the phone! Other wise all the other staff is Great!! I know people who are leaving this doc's office because of this! Need to have a talk! And when I call for a prescription and they say it's been sitting there ,and I have called and they say it's not!! Get it right people , it could be life saving pill's....

The medical assistant that was working in pediatrics was very rude and not caring, she should not be working with kids.
I have been seeing the same Dr. here for 3-4 years now & I love the people there. They are ALWAYS kind, friendly & professional to me & I have NEVER had a bad visit or a bad phone conversation. I like my experiences w/ everyone there & plan on staying there & I am NOT looking to change Dr. thus unlike my last two Doctor's that seem to only be interested in getting paid. My entire family is assigned to one doctor, Dr. Young. But with as many times as we've been to this office I have only talked to him once. My problem is not with the doctor. And I'm aware things get busy and you will sometimes need to see a different doctor, my problem is with the HORRIBLE, RUDE staff that works the front desk!!! One women in particular who wont ever give me her name.
