RecommendedJust moved into Brookside and so far it’s been great! Apartment was very clean and well maintained when I moved in. They are reasonably priced, especially for the area and they allow pets which is hard to find in Somerville. The office is very helpful and I haven’t had any issues. When you call the office be sure to ask for Leora! She is extremely helpful and professional and will get you into a nice unit!
have stayed in this place for 3.5 year's and they have deducted almost 1200 dollars from my deposit. Most of the issues are due to the age of the apartment and they didn't even consider my long term relationship with them..I have tried contacting them and got a standard reply saying that its all done as per their policy. Even inspection was NOT done infront of me.
Disgusting, terrible service, nobody wanna fix things, terrible terrible terrible 😡😡😡😭😭😭
