Charles was compassionate through the entire planning process as was all of the staff. The service provided by a Deacon from our church was a soothing, compassionate and personal. Overall, family, friends and I were able to leave wit a feeling of peace.
Brookside employees were considerate, very organized and attentive. I thought they are a little pricey but they were able to accomodate our schedule and the facility is nice and clean which was important to us. My only disappointment was the lack of choice for a rental casket. We chose cremation but also had a funeral service. There was one rental and the casket looked very worn and old.
