This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. The property manager is also the owner of several units, creating a clear conflict of interest.They continually increase HOA fees and keep imposing special assessments on homeowners. Communication is terrible—they are rude, unprofessional, and rarely respond to emails or phone calls.
The parking motorcycle making tooo much noise
Place is awful neighbors can’t mind their own business constantly trying to tow you for no reason with no authority. I would say far far away from this place if you’re interested in renting.
Worst building I've ever had to deliver to in the Boston area, wall-supports covering the sidewalk, and no salt thrown anywhere
