Do not rent from this company! The apartment was gross when my husband moved in..have pictures to prove. Mold on all windows, hairs all in the carpet, a nasty toothbrush and a wad of black hair was left on top of the water heater, dishwasher was nasty, frig wasn’t cleaned very good and the worst was roaches! We had to pay 5$ a month for them to spray but they only did it a couple times so the roaches were aweful! We had to buy roach bait but that didn’t even help because they was so bad! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Worst place I've had to live in. Grateful to be leaving. They were bought out and the management is rude and unprofessional. Not worth what they are charging! The walls are paper thin, you can hear full conversations and hear the showers turn on and off. Their website says "Enjoy the life of luxury" but they are absolute liars. The "fitness center" is tiny and stuffy, in the laundry room nothing works in there. You'll be wasting your hard earned money on broken machines and still have wet clo... read more
This is a fairly decent place to live. I like the location, and everyone around me seems pretty nice. Here for about 2 years. Previously, i was in one of the flats, currently in one of the townhomes. It has been slightly remodeled. a couple of things from the previous ownership hadn't been fully finished. Last owners seemed to just want to keep the place running . The last management was great. The property is dated but spacious and conveniently located for the price. The property management has much to be desired. Know that if you call you will be told conflicting information regarding the application process, you won't be able to tour a 1 bedroom, and your move in date may or may not be accurate. There have been continued challenges with being unable to pay rent prior to the 1st and "the system" inaccurately documenting payments while also not allowing you to view your payment history through the website.
