I used to live here, I'm coming back today I'm moving in , thank you for the chance again. Melanie at front desk is very helpful and friendly which is best part!!!

Been here for a for a month and so far I'm enjoying the renovation in this community.
I lived here two years ago when they were Evergreen Park for about a month. I loved it so much we are coming back in June. Melinda and Melanie are completely awesome and very helpful. Very excited to be back!
I've enjoyed living here! My neighbors are wonderful, the staff is always welcoming & the parking is improving. They keep the complex very clean & I haven't had any issues. Would recommend this apartment to anyone :)
Completely hate this place and will never recommend it to anyone!
We only moved in a few months ago but Melinda at the front desk helped us get all of our paperwork together to make our application process really fast. Got approved the same day and got our keys next! Melinda is very sweet and is always there to help and answer questions, even seeing her out and about she'll say hi.
We have lived here over 3 years. Office and maintenance people have always been efficient and courteous. All problems have been taken care of quickly and properly. One issue is there is only one garbage/recycle area for whole complex. ~Thank you
