RecommendedI been here almost a month and like it so far have some wonderful neighbors had a guy in the complex try us on the first day but management took care of the situation and have not had any problems since we know a new face come moving in it take a people to adjust or not . I do have a issue with the parking situation and that there is one garbage dump and recycle for this huge complex and some of the maintenance men can share joy instead of being stand offish you can be friendly and still social distant yourself . I recently just moved in to this complex last month! I have to say that this apartment complex is AMAZING!! The apartment complex is very well maintained! The staff is friendly!
I really like living here. I've enjoyed my time here. maintenance guys are always friendly and so far the office staff has been pleasant. parking is horrible though. but really upset that the are cutting the trees down. kinda annoyed because there goes my privacy and shade which I really did enjoy 😕 sad day
Literally the worst place we’ve ever lived. The parking is atrocious at best.. the management doesn’t care about anything.. the maintenance team is lazy and refuses to fix what’s broken.
So there were two shootings in the first month we moved in here if that isn't reason enough to avoid this place. Parking is HORRIBLE. It'll fill up as early as 8pm, and I get off work as late as 10:30pm sometimes and two nights ago I LITERALLY spent 45 MINUTES driving around the complex before I found spot. It gets so bad people resort to parking in fire lanes and such. There's a few spots with faded painted numbers on them & you'll get towed if you accidentally park in one. I don't own a parking spot but I feel there is no need to. I never have a problem finding parking. Also, Zach the maintinence man has been very helpful and friendly! He has fixed my toilette, and windows and is always so sweet whenever I need help or just see him around the apartments.
Had sime issues with things not working as I just moved in not long ago. Zach fixed them. Had a good attitude and even just called for a follow up to make sure the things he fixed were working. Thanks. Great customer service!
