Home is built with cheap materials. They cut corners, walls are so thin that u can hear through the walls. They use shady lender and lure people with incentives. I was told my mortgage would be $3,600 and less than 2 yrs later mortgage went up to $4,268 for a crappy house. Don’t get me started on HOA that fines people at every given chance. They were supposed to build a pool and tennis court and that has still not happened. I regret buying this home.

Terrible quality. As a home owner here I will suggest to look into something better and do not buy here! We can literally hear every step and sound from downstairs, the kitchen is already cracking, the walls get scratched with any little touch, the pool and tennis court were supposed to be ready by summer and they haven’t event started to build it and we might not even have direct access from this community. The closets are so small. Think more than twice before buying here.
