The medical director here is not in touch with the actual patients and caregivers at this facility. He is condescending and judgemental toward family members and very difficult to talk with. I wish thar we had not ever put my mother's care in his hands. Will never again. However, the staff, facility and food here at Bartram Park, Jacksonville is outstanding. I would not recommend this facility.
