I’m so sad my parents are moving out of state and away from Brooks Tavern. This is my favorite restaurant in Conifer. Always has such reliably delicious food (except the Buddha Bowl - that was amazing once, soaked in soy sauce and disappointment every time after) and good beers. Tonight I had the bratwurst and as in the past, it was so good that even if I were beyond full I would still have to finish it because it was just that great.
