No local company here, yet they have been in my neighborhood for the last three days knocking on doors and making aggressive sales pitches. When asked to see a permit that is required for door to door sales, the young man rudely told me he doesnt have to show it. In our city you do. It must be displayed. I don't even want to put 1 star on this SCAM Company. If I could do 0 stars. I most definitely would. They will have anyone in the house hold sign the contact even if they are not the home owner. They put my name and my Initials on the contact but had my Mom sign the contract. I was out of town when they showed up to my house. They still charged me the cancellation fee.
My contract stated I have a 24-month contract which ended 6/2024. On 6/17/2024 I called to cancel my contract. The next day I they withdrew $271 for my account. When I called to find out why they told me it was for it was for early cancellation. I told them that I had 24 months agreement which was until 5/24. They refuse to refund me my money.
Brooks is the most deceptive group of people I have every done business with. I do not usually comment on things like this but these guys are outright liars. Nothing they say can be believed. an account Manager actually told my wife when she called to cancel. The sales people take a lot of liberties when selling the contract. In other words they LIE. They signed me up for some basic pest services, ***** said that I would be obligated to stay on contract for at least two service treatments at $150 each before canceling to avoid a cancelation fee LIES. *************************** unapologetically charged the card on file and when I reached out ***** (who was the door to door salesman) he had a sudden state of amnesia and doesnt recall having that conversation with me and kept saying you signed the contr... read more
I was told it was a month to month contract I called them the day after getting service and tried to cancel and they won't cancel me worst place ever to go to
Worst company and a FRAUD.. They will make you sign up and also do identify fraud by calling up the old pest control company and cancelling your service - with out your permission .I was sucked in.. then when the perform service they literally use just water i think.. All the spiders and the insects just stay where they are. No effects on any of the service but they will charge you even if you have a complaint visit from them to fix. I have several emails sent to them.. Please avoid these folks at all cost!!!!.
