Brooks did 3 services and even though I have the techs on camera not doing what they were supposed to and just leaving, management took the techs notes over my proof After a phone conversation for an hour the account manager hung up on me and instantly charged the termination fee. Payed for a year service never fully worked had to buy my own supplies from Russell feed store n spray myslf worked better. First n last time using brooks vanessed solutions now been about two month n kept calling n calling for dem to come buy n spray said no multiple time now they came by without my permission n sprayed n ended up just billing me. Str8 company bs policy
Horrible horrible group of people, won’t let you cancel service because they don’t fulfill the service you signed up for. This company is terrible and all their employees need to learn how to listen, I shouldn’t have to follow a kid around my yard explaining to him that around the “camera” their are webbs will you please get those everytime….. yet said camera will still be covered in the same webbs over and over again.
Excellent service! I’ve been with Brooks Pest control for a year now and at first I was discouraged with service that wasn’t working as well as I wanted it to work. Many of the employees seemed uninterested in their work. But then, during my 11th month with Brooks, I had absolutely outstanding service.
