Customer service lacks any regard for customers! I called to cancel service twice and was still charged twice. We called for a new build pest control and it was barely done. Webs were not removed and spiders were still there. I would rather give 0 stars!
My experience that I communicated to Brooks was with their scheduling. I signed a year contract and they were suppose to come out to treat my home inside and out bi monthly. They treated the outside four times and the inside three times. Being a first responder, I'm only off on Saturdays. So running errands, going out of town for training or vacation, I was not home a lot. They schedule when they plan to come to your home to treat it. Scammers!!! This company does not show up when they say they will and still charges you for their service. They charged a $300 cancellation fee after not performing any services at all. Tanner and the customer service department was absolutely no help and was rude and unforgiving. Stay away from this wretched company
This is a scam. Young man came to my door saying he lived in our neighborhood (he didn’t) and to try them out. No contract. Called to cancel 7 mos later and they said I had a yr contract. Called at time and was told now it’s a 2 yr contract and they have video. I never signed up for a 2 yr contract. I e only seen these people 3 times in over a yr. Brooks Pest Control kept my neighbors flea/tick invasion at bay! We experienced very little inconvenience having them fighting our battle for us. My dogs appreciate them SO MUCH!
