POOR TO HORRIBLE SERVICE. False promises of being better. My neighbor a few houses down said he still has a lot of bugs with the same service. They hold you to a 12 month contract but perform sub-par work. They threaten collections if you want out of the contract that THEY fail to fulfill. Do not answer the door and do not hire this company. The sales person dishonored my 'No Soliciting' sign. I ended up hiring them and the service has not been effective. I notified them with a written cancellation but they are still billing me and saying that I need to call and talk to an account manager.
