Their service never worked out for me and when I tried to cancel my service I was told I needed to talk to customer loyalty. I waited online for 30 minutes. They never came online to talk to me. I hung up called back and said that I would receive a call from customer loyalty within 10 minutes. That never happened either. Brooks Pest Solutions is charging me with a cancellation fee of $241 for my quarterly pest service. A company that is forcing me to stay on with a ridiculous amount to cancel even though i do not need their services anymore!
Don’t sign up with this company unless you wanna be harassed when it’s time for the contract to end and you no longer want their service. They have been relentless and not listening to me when I tell them I do not want to continue their pest control.

Brooks did 3 services and even though I have the techs on camera not doing what they were supposed to and just leaving, management took the techs notes over my proof After a phone conversation for an hour the account manager hung up on me and instantly charged the termination fee.
