I would give zero stars if I could. I recently lost my job and asked if I could please cancel my contract as I did not have the money to keep paying. I wrote to their corporate headquarters and they authorized my cancellation. Still, when I called the local office to cancel, an extremely rude manager, named Andrew said "I just charged your account the $175 cancellation fee. So this guy Christian knocks on the door and sells you there bug services. Not a problem until they don't show up and spray for 4 months. No text, no email nothing. I thought that they must have not had enough accounts in this area to justify coming to this area. WOW!!! Reading the other reviews which I should've done before I contacted these knuckleheads. I used their service, they came out layed out their glue traps. The next day you can see where they caught something, FUR, no mice. So I contacted them that day and explained what I saw and heard. They promptly came out a few days later with the same glue traps. I just had an awesome experience with this company! A rep named Preston showed up at my door yesterday and normally I stay quiet and don’t answer but my kids ran to the door so I didn’t want to be rude. Preston was extremely personable, professional and respectful. He wasn’t pushy and offered me a great deal on the service. He even sent me a text about a discrepancy in the price (he wrote the wrong fee) and wanted me to know he took care of it. I hadn’t even noticed yet.
