Alterra Harold was our service tech. He was kind & courteous to our home throughout the process of spraying it.

Pest Control The service technician was very courteous and professional. He arrived on time with his colleague who is being trained and asked if there were any pest activities he should be aware of. Afterwards, he explained what he did and also thanked me for the business. I thought that was very nice of him.
Derek P. Harold M. was very thorough while he serviced our house. He took the time to do the job right, and got all the "hard to get spots" even though it was a very hot day outside. We appreciate the time he took to do the job right.
Excellent service I had service on October 17, 2013. R. Huff was the service representative that came to my house. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Not only that, he was very considerate on having shoe protectors since we have light carpets. I have contacted Alterra requesting for him to be the one that will continue to service my home. Alterra is a very friendly company and is empathetic to your issues and needs and understands the urgency. I am very content with their service.
Impressed first time homeowner I am very impressed with their rates and the service that our Service Pro, Louie, provided. He came out for our initial spray and my husband was impressed with the speed of the appointment and the information Louie provided. He said that Louie was very professional and efficient. Louie also emphasized that if we see 1 spider, ant, etc, to call them immediately and they would come respray!! Impressive.
Above and beyond Jose Zapata helped me replace a broken foundation vent, and placed a rat trap inside my spa housing. Both not required. I am very happy with their service. Spiders are down to one since they came for the first time, roaches are gone from the front yard.
