Just started with this pest control . There friendly and do great work. Hate there scheduling tho. I have to sit here a wait all day bc I get told 8am to 5pm instead of a set time. I don't understand that.
Brooks technician "Angela", was absolutely super!!!!! Extremely competent and knowledgeable. She was extremely thorough and polite. Very happy we decided to go with Brooks pest solutions here in Dandridge Tennessee.
They came once and never returned. After the one visit they made, our home has been more infested with mosquitoes and ants, more than I’ve ever seen in my 16 years of living in this house. It was a waste of our money that we barely even have.
Absolutely horrible service pushy sales people threatening about having to pay all kinds of money. Scheduling an appointment not calling not showing up and then somebody just dropping by my house while I’m at work and not even doing the job they’re trying to charge me for. I would not recommend this service to absolutely anybody I would rather live with mosquitoes and pest as a post to ever deal with these people again in fact I’m probably gonna follow a lawsuit
