A few days ago I made an appointment to look at a 2007 Subaru Impreza at this lot. They completely failed to call me to let me know that it had sold. I paid $30 for an Uber to come to the appointment that they booked for me. NONE of the workers were wearing masks. And they all dismissed themselves by saying that they were not the ones that made the appointment. I wasted money, time, and planning on this terrible business.
Worst car experience ever. If you have to buy a car from them, take it to a mechanic you trust. I was dealing with the owner directly and he admitted they don’t check cars before purchasing them and that’s why they recommend buying additional warranties. Don’t know how you sleep in your big house at night. Our salesman Matt was awesome and he should go to a dealer who has as much character and integrity he has. It was definitely not his fault. That being said, I would never work for an owner like that. GARBAGE

: I went and had the intent to purchase a vehicle from them, I was approved for the loan and had a set up time to pick up the vehicle. They ran my credit 4 times after I told them don't run more then twice. I told them my situation and that I was getting this car loan to buy a house. I would of just bought it with cash if I didn't need the bump on my credit score. I have text messages showing that I had a time for pickup they call me that night and say they sold it to someone else. Had I'd been given a phone call that I need... read more
Brooks Motor Company is one of the best Company's out there, I love the lifetime warranty package deal they have for all of there vehicles. Also I love there %50 disscount deal they have as well. I love knowing that if my vehicle ever breaks down that Brooks Motor Company will help pay %50 of the cost! I highly reccomend Brooks Motor Company.
