Wish we would have gone elsewhere :( I really didn't want to leave this review, I even called the owner to try and work it out so that I didn't have to leave a negative review but the owner let me know, directly over the phone, that he had no intention of helping the situation, so here we are. Customer has stated the facts incorrectly. We received their name and address information from a telephone call from the customer on 10/6/20. The customer inquired about a winterization and nothing else. We called on 10/16/20 to make arrangements for the winterization schedule and left a voicemail message. The customer returned our call on 10/16/20 and confirmed they would be home for the winterization on 10/18/20 between 10am - 2pm.
