The front Office receptionist is extremely lazy I had an appointment scheduled by email for tomorrow and waited all day for a confirmation and never got one. I went on my patient portal and it shows that I have no appointments!!!! She also kept saying she couldn't confirm my benefits through BCBS of AL which has never been a problem anywhere else. I also always had to follow up with her by additional email bc she never answers the phone. Horrible!!! Avoid in my opinion!!!
