Terrible experience with Brook Florist in Monroe. I placed an order online, but the order was never fulfilled. I had to call several times just to find out what happened, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed their partner, Teleflora. In the end, I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge to get my money back. Everything was good until my card was already had been charged but then 2 more charges was trying to be removed. That lady became aggravated when I stated my card had already had a pending payment. This was my first and last time with this company!!
I have placed my selections of flowers for wife and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Thank you Brooks Flowers
Went out of her way to make my arrangement happen and they turned out great.
