Visited facility for first time today. Everyone had a friendly, smiling face and great attitude. Dr Earwood is the greatest. Her bedside manner is exemplary. She explained everything to be and then asked me repeatedly if I had questions. Kudos to all!
As soon as we walked in we have received the BEST service. They helped all 3 of my kids with exams, glasses , and fitting. They are the sweetest people !
We've been patients at Brooks Eye Center for more than 20 years!!! I love the service and the frames are pretty cool too.... Lol. �
The staff are soo friendly and soo very nice. Stephanie was soo patient with my 6 year old son trying to pick out a pair of glasses, he is soo picky. And the girl that checked my son before the dr came in, she was awesome, I forgot her first name but I believe her last name was peacock. But all in all, the entire staff was amazing. Definately would recommend this place to everyone :)
They are good caring doctors and nurses at. Brooks Eye Center and Optical. I am at ease with them because they value your opinion.
