I would give this place zero stars but Google won't let me. First of all they without any notice canceled last minute on the surgery which left my brother to go a day without work or being paid which they had no sort of recourse for not giving notice and causing financial hardship. Then they require another person to sit and not leave the premises for 3 hours but don't provide any drinks or space for those who can work while waiting. Best eye doctor I have ever seen!
I want to detail the horrible lack of communication my mom and I have experienced since scheduling her cataracts surgery. We saw Dr. Brooks on Aug 5th and the appointment went great. We scheduled my mom to have surgery on the Aug 27th and September 3rd. Of course we wanted earlier days but we were told this was the EARLIEST she could receive surgery.
