I don’t recommend this place especially the disrespectful Jessica has toward patients. She intended to ignore our questions. I guess she is just lazy and not happy with her job. Go to Tylock guys! They are super professional! Get everything easy and go for their patients and respectful!
I am having difficulty calling to schedule for a consultation appointment. I am want to do the enhancement for my eyes, but everytime I called in the office kept saying I need to talk to Jessica about lasik. They said they don’t know anything. Then transferring me to Jessica phone line, which is okay. The only thing not okay was she never picked up her phone. Today I had the pleasure of getting attended at this clinic by both technician Jonathan and Dr Klein. They were both filled with information that helped me understand how my vision works and making me feel comfortable by telling me step by step on the process of what they were doing
