What a great place to get work done! I called in the morning and made an appointment to get some tires mounted and balanced. I showed up for my appointment at noon and I was out the door at 1:30. The entire time, waiting in their lounge playing Nintendo. They were professional, courteous, and very well informed.
I first met Jason when his shop was on Willard Rd. I had a 1990 Katana and was asking general questions how to improve my performance. This was many years ago and the bike needed lots of TLC which would have been significantly more than the bike was worth and he was a straight shooter, did not try to gouge me. I met the owner of Brooks Cycles at the Bikes and Breakfast in Clifton. I went to the shop a few weeks later to get a tire change. The shop is very clean and well put together. While the service writer checked me in, Jason showed me to the customer lounge. By the time I finished my coffee, the crew was done with my new tire. The price was great, the service was awesome and I'm surprised they were able to take an appointment. Great place!
