I lived here 30 yrs ago, loved the property. Clean, & Neat like I Like it!! Decided to move Back to It Toured it, Amazing & upgraded As Usual, Dealt with Kameela who is Amazing, Kind & Knowledgeable!! KUDOS 😍😍😍 Just For Caring!!
I was told that I wasn't able to renew my lease due to violating my rental agreement being late on rent 3 times or more. I went in just to make sure they knew I'd be leaving on time and they told me since I informed them less than 60 days before my move out date that l'd either have to stay until February and pay pro rated rent ($995) . I have been here since the middle of March of this year. I will say when I was searching for a place I was denied a few times and just tired of doing applications fees just to be denied. The ladies here let me know from the start that I will be accepted once I let them know my situation. I did have a small issue with my unit after I moved in however the issue was fixed in a timely manner. My kids and I feel safe here. I am glad things worked out for us. I really had a bad experience today. The property manager, Kameelah is really rude she did not let me talk while I was talking to her, and then there was another lady named there Zui I believe she’s new there too. She was really rude. Also, she even wrote her eyes at me when I was talking. She’s racist. I don’t recommend this Apartment Complex they have bad management
It's not worth to renew your lease here. And you can only be late three times regardless of how much life throw lemons at you. Kameelah is just rude and try to be nice nasty. And let's not get on the ROACHES look its tons of other second chances weigh your options please
