These apartments are horrible. Roaches everywhere you turn. They show you a beautiful demo apartment just to throw you off. I've seen the people that own these apartments and guess what. They are men in suits getting paid 1500/monthly for these nasty roach infected units. It's crazy. Trash everywhere. Bad kids running amok. It's sad.
Sikethia was very helpful and worked with me thru the whole process I was all over the place being as tho this would be my first apartment in Georgia and I didn’t really know much but she walked me thru everything hands on and got me situated with in 3 days !! On my end it took 3 days cause I didn’t have everything together but she was patient and worked with me so if your looking to move to brooks crossing ask for her she’s amazinggggg
Ms Sikethia I can’t thank her enough she has been a life saver she’s very welcoming and a warm hearted person making sure I was 100% straight with everything I needed before moving in I really appreciate her and the staff Thanks again!
My property manager Kamelah is the best. She works with you, is very professional. She always handled a maintenance-related update with speed and excellent customer service.
