I loved my experience and shakecia ( I think that’s how to spell her name) she was a big help and I love her energy
i 100% don’t recommend moving into these apartments! there is roaches EVERYWHERE and so much wrong with the units themselves. the manager or whatever she is kameelah is very rude and really hard to work with. for your own sake don’t move into these unless you’d like to deal with terrible management, roaches, broken ac, faulty shower, and toilet issues
They encourage you to leave a review as soon as you move in. As a resident of almost 2 years, I would not wish this neighborhood and uncaring leasing office on my worst enemy. Pest control brings more bugs so you'll have to hire it personally. Neighbors are allowed to blast music all day and night and the office will only threaten to eviction you if you complain to them about it. These apartments are horrible. Roaches everywhere you turn. They show you a beautiful demo apartment just to throw you off. I've seen the people that own these apartments and guess what. They are men in suits getting paid 1500/monthly for these nasty roach infected units. It's crazy. Trash everywhere. Bad kids running amok. It's sad.
