Managed property at Lakeland didn't deposit rents and security deposit. Did not respond to inquiries. Does not answer phone calls. They did buisness then in the name of CDC property's. They acted as property manager for my residential property.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it was an option. Do NOT do business with this company as their OWNER through CDC Properties unfortunately has rented one of my properties, been a nightmare to work with the last 8mths, are not depositing rent the renter has paid them, voicemail is full, and stand so much behind their service they won't return my calls, emails, and texts. I even had to get in touch with the current renter by contacting the renter directly since this company wouldn't provide it to me so they could keep rent... read more
