I called the store for send sales and François picked up the phone. He was very helpful, professional, and patient.
No one acknowledged our presence or offered to help despite being directly next to us on the floor. Not one sales associate made eye contact with us. No one offered to start a fitting room. Husband was looking for a suit for a family wedding and went and tried on the suit himself. Not one sales associate checked in with us despite spending at least 15 minutes in the store.
