Too many unprofessional interactions to list, on every level, from appointment scheduling to actual appointments happening, it became a running joke in our family of what the next excuse would be. I do understand they had a sudden death in their staff and I did sympathize, but it doesn't explain all the unprofessional experiences. These were "required" services for a serious, time sensitive situation. I would estimate nearly 1/2 the visit were rescheduled, nearly every visit was late and 1/4 never happened. This place is a freaking joke. Family values? Yeah right. I can’t wait until this place finally get sued. Stay away from this place if you want your marriage or family to work.
