Do not rent from this place! It's full of spiders and rodents that they won't even let you pay for insurance on your unit. You could get a 10x10 unit for $75 less with insurance somewhere else. What's this? You don't want mice or mouse droppings in your stuff? Well, don't rent here it's a pit. They should be ashamed that they're a bunch of crooks and thugs. Your things deserve better.
After storing goods there for 20 years, I returned to no damage (water or pests) and am very pleased with the service. The managers are very helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend this storage facility.

Randy and Jill were great to work with throughout the process of moving in, renting the unit and moving out. They were very nice and easy to work with. I'd absolutely recommend Brookridge storage to anyone.
Friendly and reasonable to be sure. If you need storage, try here first. They did not hike my rates quarterly as some of the corporate chains like to do. The units, i feel, are much more secure than the corporate chains as well. All in all a positive experience.
