My experience with Brookridge Self Storage has been very positive! Jamie - in particular - was very accommodating, friendly, and answered all of my questions and concerns. The location is very quiet, clean and off the beaten path. This seems - to me - to be an added bonus, as it seems more secure as a result. The overall camera coverage and attentiveness of the staff left me feeling even more secure, as Jamie lives on site, and seems to take his job very seriously and professionally. When management was switched customers should have been informed on new management rules and everything, instead nothing but highway robbery NEVER AGAIN!
Probably the best storage facility I've ever been to! It's clean, feels safe, and the new management is both attentive and knowledgeable!
