I’ve been asked if I have a favorite amongst the staff at Brookridge Heights. My answer is, “I can’t! From Servers in the dining room, to Aids who quickly respond to my calls, and Med-Tech who are keeping me up to date on my daily prescriptions, they simply are all a wonderful crew. It is my privilege to be apart of residents’ lives at Brookridge. Making joyful moments with them is as easy as breathing.
Lindsay and the team at Brookridge have been amazing to work with. We came across a situation to get my grandparents into Brookridge sooner than anticipated, but the idea of taking care of everything in such a short time period seemed overwhelming. Lindsay helped walk us through everything we needed to take care of and was quick to respond as questions came up along the way.
Of all three facilities my mom and I toured, by far, Brookridge Heights was the best. We both felt a genuine connection to the community there. From the greeting we received to the end of the tour we saw smiles, eye contact, generosity, sincerity, kindness, and true caring.
