It is a roof over your head….., but not worth the amount of money they asking for. You ask to have washer and dryer in unit (you don’t get one) the door frame dry rotted and falling apart. Big water bugs come from everywhere. Maintenance lazy. Windows needs to be replaced because it’s broken maintenance put a piece of card board over it has been like that for over two months. We had only had a lease for 1 year and in that year everything that can go wrong went wrong. We had our shower head break on us many times and they never actually fixed it. Our toilet was never working so we had to manually flush ourselves. I had called many many times about our A/C broken they came and took our coolant line out and gave us a window A/C but it only cooled down stairs.
