My experience started out okay, until of course it wasn't. We had a cabinet fall off of the WALL shattering hundreds of dollars of antique dishes, we waited over 6 months before it was fixed. Let's not forget about the utility closet that had black mold from a leaking AC unit. Also upon move out day, we gave a 60 DAY NOTICE BY EMAIL, I ALSO HAVE A RECORDED CONVERSATION WITH THE MANAGER WHEN I DISCUSSED THE MOVE AS WELL. Unprofessional, bug problems… not worth 1300 a month.
I’ve been here a little over a year. My lease ended and no one reached out to me to inform me it ended but instead raised my rent up over $600 dollars. I put a work order in for my kitchen floor which is sinking in, last year and it is yet to be fixed but sent out an email stating it was. I waiting months for it to be fixed while I was home and got the call for it to be looked at while I was working. I wasn’t comfortable with that so they went ahead and marked it complete. I lived here since 2020 and ive seen different managements come and go this has by far been the worst living experience ive ever dealt with since ive been living in the 757 maintenance does nothing do not repair anything they just ride around on golf carts all day looking and talking on the phone there lack of knowledge when it comes to fixing stuff shows and this apartment prioritize doing construction on sidewalks and cutting trees down instead of peoples living environment with inside of their units this place is The fast... read more
If I could give negative stars, I would. Let's start with charging for my service dog. 7 months, and a pet fee. Oh? & charging for a 3rd party to "check "my service dog. Soo...$500 in fees , illegally they refused to return. The 1st pic is the acknowledged about service dog. A pic about her being certified & months before lease. I will upload my water/sewer before it was decided to charge a percentage of the ENTIRE community's water, my bill went from $25 to $75, now it's $78.
