It is pretty to look at and peaceful but maintenance is behind everywhere. Hopefully new board will light a fire under the right people.
I have lived here in 1980, and was grateful to come home to Brookplace in 2017. There are no words to describe how much I love this place, it’s just amazing. A little piece of land that is so beautiful and well cared for. I call it Amarillo’s secret place, almost everyone that comes to visit is so surprised about the serenity here and usually say, “I have lived in Amarillo all my life and didn’t know this was here!!” It’s just so perfect here.
