I lived there for a year and loved it for the most part. The only thing I didn’t like was these speakers that were in every apartment. They would go off with these loud beeps and stuff when they need you to stay in your apartment or need to evacuate the building. But closer to the end of my stay there it would go off like once a week, at like 8am, (and it’s flipping loud).
Other tenants were very nice. Apts are beautiful. Maintenance supervisor IMO is very rude. At least he was with me. I called office to say I didn’t understand how to use buzzer to buzz a visitor in the main door. I ended up buying three different phones by listening to what he angrily said I needed on two different occasions. It still didn’t work. I would never have called for assistance again. Great Building undergoing a major rennovation- Building has an excellent management team - there is a real feeling of community here.
