First time having Kelly as my hygienist. Did an outstanding job. Very professional and personable. Outstanding staff at Webster. Glad to be a patient here.
While being prepared for the dentist's review, I learned quite a bit in my interactions with the specialist that was working on my teeth. The most important being what is the proper Ph balance was almost never found in bottled H2O. The second most important was the reminder of how I should have been using, and hadn't been, the 'plastic frames' that had been created for my teeth layout almost 2 years ago. Well I still have these 'frames' but have pretty much forgotten about how they should have been used.
I received excellent, quick and quite friendly support by a young lady at the main desk. She told me how to use the tooth whitening plastic trays that had been developed for me 2 years ago. She was able to help me without interrupting the professional staff. And she was able to get & sell the syringe with the proper whitening solution to me! My annual visit to Webster Dental went very well. I got there 15 minutes early. They took me in within 5 minutes. Shelia did a great job cleaning my teeth. She was friendly and quick when taking the X-rays. Dr. Murphy also was quick and friendly. It almost made going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Great job.
They saw us on very short notice on a Saturday.
i was very pleased with my visit. Edyta is great at cleaning and communicating with any question. I really have enjoyed being with Dr. Diepstra for all these years and will really miss him. Hoping everything will proceed as well in the future...
I was very happy with both Dr. Murphy and Dr. Sonny. They were both understanding and patient with me. I would recommend them to anyone. The assistants and front desk receptionist are also nice and very friendly. Nice and clean office, so happy to have found this place.
