I had been scheduled for a cleaning/evaluation appt with Webster in April of 2020. The appt was cancelled due to the concerns of the pandemic. I recently decided that I needed to address the maintaning of my health, because too much time was passing and "Normal" was going to still be many months in waiting. I called and spoke to the staff about concerns regarding Covid and was given the proticol in place for safety. Had a bad tooth, pain and swelling. called office Saturday, Nov. 28th in the afternoon and left message with the answering service. The office called me first thing in the morning on Monday, Nov.30th and got me in that afternoon at 2:45 P.M. Dr. Murphy went right to work, got to the heart of the matter and the problem was solved by 3:45 P.M. I was not looking for a record breaking time for the removal of a tooth but the fact is it took Walgreens longer to fill my prescription for the anti-biotic Dr. Murphy prescribed. Kudos ... read more

Dr. Murphy and his staff are wonderful! Always a pleasure to go there even when you don't want to.
